John Brylski was honored to work with and/or know the following people who attest to his reputation, character, and expertise. "Now more than ever our country needs upstanding individuals who will uphold the law. I have known John for some time. He is a stand-out leader." Thomas M. Nelson, County Executive, Outagamie County, Former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 5th Assembly District, 2005 - 2011 "John Brylski was our School Resource Officer in the 1990’s. Officer Brylski was dedicated to his chosen profession of law enforcement and a valuable liaison between the school and community. He was focused and worked with an acute attention to detail. Any endeavor requiring his involvement would be well-documented and resolved in a thorough fashion." Larry Sikowski, Retired School Principal, Hortonville Area School District "As a school administrator in the Fox Valley, I worked closely with Deputy/Detective/PSL John Brylski. No matter how big the issue, he was dedicated to finding the true facts of each case." Bruce Carew, Principal, Greenville Elementary School "John served as my Police School Liaison Officer during my tenure as principal at Hortonville High School. He served the high school of one thousand students as well as the two elementary schools and the middle school. He did a commendable job working with parents, students, and staff. John also was our Track & Field coach boys & girls and helped coach the middle School Football Team for four years." Ron Conradt, Principal, Hortonville High School "John is an outstanding officer and person. I had worked with him at Hortonville Middle School when he was our police liaison officer. I was and still am one of the secretaries at the middle school. When he started, it was a relatively new position in the area schools. He did an amazing job helping to make the position an important part of our school system. His wealth of knowledge and ability to communicate well with students, parents and staff made it work extremely well. He was also involved with coaching at the middle school. Coaching and being an active member of the community helped students to know that if they had questions or concerns they could reach out to our liaison officer. His talks at school helped our middle schoolers understand what the consequences are when making poor choices. Middle schoolers do not always think about their actions so it was nice to have someone that could reach them and make them think a little before they may make a choice that could affect them for a long time. He is always fair and respectable. John would definitely go above and beyond to do the best job possible." Kathy Paltzer, Secretary, Hortonville Middle School "John Brylski has an incredible past as a Marine Corps police officer and deputy for Outagamie County for 29 years. During his tenure with Outagamie County, he also served as a Police School Liaison officer. As his ex-wife, I was with John for his journey into the law enforcement profession. I can attest that he has always been about truth and justice. He has never been one to play politics or go along just to get along. He is a hard worker who will pursue justice in all aspects of the job." Cindy Brylski-Breit, Ex-wife of John Brylski
